What is ConnecticaZEN?
ConnecticaZEN is a senior care service integrating smart technology and human support to promote safe and independent living for the elderly.
Currently, we are operating in Ipoh, Perak, with plans to expand across Malaysia.
Our care packages include essential IoT hardware based on the plan selected. Devices are leased as part of your plan unless you select a purchase option.
When an alert is triggered, our support center is notified, and emergency contacts receive alerts. Ambulance or caregiver support is dispatched as needed.

1. What is ResQLiv24?
ResQLiv24 is a connected safety solution for seniors, individuals with special needs, or those recovering from surgery. It combines a mobile Personal Emergency Response System (mPERS) with smart IoT sensors to detect emergencies like falls and trigger alerts automatically.

2. What are the available packages under ResQLiv24? There are three packages: • ResQLiv24 Care – mPERS with GPS, fall detection and few other features
• ResQLiv24 Care+ – Care package, adds in-home radar fall sensors, SOS button and nurse visits
• ResQLiv24 Premium – Care package, full suite including LoRa-powered sensors, door sensors, human presence detectors, and SOS buttons

3. Who is ResQLiv24 intended for? ResQLiv24 is ideal for: • Active seniors living alone • People with special needs • Post-surgery recovery patients
• Families with elderly members in larger homes
• Clinics or care providers needing remote safety monitoring
• Children

4. How does the system work?
The system combines wearable or installable IoT sensors with 4G GPS tracking, automatic fall detection, SOS buttons, LoRa or Wi-Fi connectivity, and mobile app notifications for guardians and caregivers.

5. What’s included in each package?
Each package includes:
• Care: mPERS device with GPS, fall detection, SOS, and voice support
• Care+: Care package + radar fall sensor, nurse visits, SOS pull cord
• Premium: Care package + LoRa Guardian system, door sensors, motion sensors, SOS button.

6. Can ResQLiv24 be used outside the home?
Yes. The mPERS device in ResQLiv24 Care and other tiers is portable and supports 4G GPS, allowing you to stay protected on the go, not just indoors.

7. What is a “Guardian System” in ResQLiv24 Premium? The Guardian System is a LoRa-based wireless network that connects smart sensors across a large property without depending on Wi-Fi, nursing home ideal for full-home monitoring.

8. Are the packages customizable?
Yes, users can add additional devices (e.g., more sensors, buttons) or services (e.g., more nurse visits) based on needs.

37. Can I use my own Wi-Fi router? Yes, any stable home Wi-Fi can be used for sensor communication.
38. Is there a backup if Wi-Fi fails? In Premium setups, LoRa acts as backup. For mPERS, 4G remains active.
39. Do I need internet for nurse visits? Yes, data from nurse checklists may be uploaded via internet-connected app.
40. Can I monitor device connectivity remotely? Yes, through the Smart locator / Connectica App dashboard.

41. What smart sensors are included in Premium? Door sensors, human presence sensors, fall detectors, SOS buttons, and pull cords.
42. What is a human presence sensor? A sensor that detects body heat or motion to trigger lights or alerts.
43. Can I control smart devices via the app? You can view alerts and status but control options are limited for safety reasons.
44. Where are SOS buttons placed? Near beds, bathrooms, or living areas based on user preference.
45. What is the bathroom pull cord for? To alert caregivers when user is unable to reach an SOS button.
46. Can I add more sensors? Yes, additional sensors can be purchased and integrated.

47. What if a door sensor is triggered at night? An alert is sent to the guardian or caregiver app for monitoring.
48. Can lights be automated with sensors? Yes, presence sensors can trigger lighting for fall prevention.

54. Can I track the user’s location? Yes, GPS location is shown in real-time in smart locator app only(as add on service).
55. Can I get fall alerts on my phone? Yes, app notifications are sent immediately upon detection. IoT devices alert in Connectica App and Guardian-LoRA in WhatsApp.
56. How many people can receive alerts in guardian system? Up to 5 guardians , caregivers can be configured.

96. What happens if the device is damaged? It can be replaced under warranty if damage is not due to misuse.
97. Are software updates automatic? To be configured and possible for update over-the-air when connected.
98. Can I clean the device? Yes, wipe with soft cloth; avoid water exposure unless waterproof rated.
99. Is support available on weekends? Yes, basic support operates 5 days a week, emergency support 7 days a week (hours may vary).

100. Can I relocate the system?
Yes, with notice installation can be reconfigured for new locations, relocation of the working system will be charged, relocation to improve the sensitivity will be considered as good will on case by case basis
