Founded in July 2025 by Calvin Chai and Jegaraja, ResQliv24 was born from a shared vision: to ensure that no senior in Malaysia faces an emergency alone.

Today, we are building an integrated ecosystem that combines smart emergency devices, AI-powered care, a 24/7 Careline, and community support to protect seniors while giving families greater peace of mind.

Starting from Ipoh, our mission is to expand across Malaysia, creating safer homes and age-friendly communities for every senior.

ResQliv24 began with one simple question: "How can we help seniors remain independent while ensuring help is always within reach?"

Calvin Chai

Founder

Calvin has spent over two decades serving the community through churches, NGOs, and elderly welfare programmes. Throughout his journey, he witnessed many seniors living alone and families struggling to care for ageing parents from afar.

Together, they founded ResQliv24 in July 2025 to combine technology with compassion, creating a complete ageing-in-place ecosystem for Malaysian seniors.

Today, ResQliv24 is more than a technology company — it is a Social Enterprise committed to creating lasting social impact by protecting lives, strengthening communities, and enabling seniors to age with dignity.
